application
Notes
Pre-operation Testing: After installing the aluminum-cutting saw blade onto the machine, run the blade at idle speed for 1 minute to allow the machine to stabilize before beginning cutting operations.
Inspection Before Use: Check the saw blade for missing teeth or cracks based on the type and thickness of the aluminum material to be cut. If any damage is detected, do not use the blade further. Replace it immediately with a new one. (Damaged blades can be sent back to the manufacturer for regrinding and tooth repair.)
Proper Storage: Store aluminum-cutting saw blades vertically on a dry tool rack, avoiding humid environments. Do not place blades flat on the ground, as prolonged flat storage can lead to deformation. Multiple blades should not be stacked; use protective separators to prevent collision and tooth damage. Handle with care during transport and storage.
Warm reminder
Safety Precautions: Before operating the cutting machine, ensure the blade guard is properly installed. Operators must wear masks and protective goggles for personal safety.
Blade Sharpening: When the aluminum-cutting saw blade becomes dull or loses sharpness, it must be re-sharpened immediately. Continued use of a dull blade can result in tooth breakage, reduced cutting accuracy, and a significant reduction in the blade's service life.
Manual Cutting Guidelines: For non-automatic cutting operations, gently feed the material into the saw blade while it is running at normal speed. Avoid applying excessive force or pressure. Refrain from abruptly stopping the blade while it is cutting through the aluminum, as this can cause tooth detachment, blade deformation, or other hazards.
Lubrication During Operation: Use lubricating oil on the cutting machine during operation to prevent the saw blade from rusting and to extend its service life.
