Application: These saw blades are used to cut steel of various shapes and thicknesses.
In ELEFANTE's blade range we also offer cold saw blade for cutting solid materials and thick-walled pipes for all kinds of steel such as carbon steel and stainless steel, which used for high precision metal circular saw, for high-efficiency cutting steel.
Product Overview
In ELEFANTE's blade range we also offer cold saw blade for cutting solid materials and thick-walled pipes for all kinds of steel such as carbon steel and stainless steel, which used for high precision metal circular saw, for high-efficiency cutting steel. Our engineers recommend keeping the right ratio between diameter and blade thickness. As for the number of teeth and the pitch, we normally suggest pitch 5 or 6 mm for thin wall pipes and 7 or 8 pitch for bigger wall pipes. The plastic conditions of the material to cut influence the friction saw blades parameters. Our technicians can suggest the right cutting speed and feed for the different applications. Moreover, the application of coatings on some saw blades can increase their hardness, efficiency, and lifespan.

Notes
Selection of Cold Saw Blades: Choose the appropriate specifications and models of cold saw blades based on the type of metal material and cutting requirements.
Installation of Cold Saw Blades: Ensure the cold saw blade is correctly and securely installed onto the sawing machine. The blade must be firmly fixed to prevent wobbling or loosening. Adjust the installation according to the blade's requirements to maintain the proper cutting angle and quality.
Maintenance and Care: Regularly clean the cold saw blade during use, removing sawdust, cutting debris, and other residues to avoid affecting cutting performance and blade lifespan. Periodic grinding and repairs are also necessary to maintain the blade's sharpness and cutting efficiency.
Warm reminder
Operating Environment: Ensure the cutting workspace is well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of debris and metal dust in the air. For humid or corrosive environments, select appropriate blade materials and lubricants to protect the cold saw blade from damage.
Proper Usage: Wear protective gear and control cutting speed, pressure, and angle to prevent overheating or blade damage.
Regular Inspection: Check the blade for signs of wear and replace damaged blades promptly to ensure cutting performance and safety.
Prevent Tooth Breakage: Match the saw blade to the cutting material and ensure compatibility with the machine's rotational speed parameters.
Safe Operation: Follow safety protocols, properly install the blade, and inspect the machine to ensure it is functioning correctly before use.
